- For frontal wig or 360 wig installation: Please come with your hair cornrowed preferably 12-20 to have a flat base please do not use too much oil, it may affect the glue (adhesive).
- For ponytails: please come with a loosened and washed hair.
- We do not wash hair or braid hair.
- Please come with your wigs washed.
- If your wig needs to be washed or revamped, kindly state it when booking (this attracts extra fee) on arrival.

- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold an appointment and will be forfeited if you miss your appointment.
