Policy
Omiseffect Booking Policy
To ensure timely and efficient service, we require all clients to adhere to the following booking policies:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold an appointment and will be forfeited if you miss your appointment
Lateness
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to maintain our schedule and ensure prompt service for all clients, the following late arrival fees will apply:
- 15-30mins lateness ā¦5k extra to installation fee:
Appointment automatically cancelled, and deposit will be forfeited for lateness beyond 30mins
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment terms
The remaining balance for your appointment is due on the day of service.
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our booking policy.
